Great scanner. Had to replace an older model. Fast Duplex scanning. Wireless connectivity excellent.

This product is simply amazing!VERY fast, load 100 pages at a time, creates great color scans. Handles and feeds paper very well. First project for me was 3,000 pages to archive from 3 ring binders. Amazing!

Buying this was a lifesaver. I work for a local Non-Profit and we needed to save to PDF's 60 years of Newsletters printed 2 sided on legal paper. We are also going to be scanning all our business records for archiving. This is a FAST really reliable two sided scanner that handles the paper really well, along with important very fragile old photographs (in carrier sleeves), getting the photos and the notes handwritten on the back of the photos with ease. Very happy with the unit, great price, easy to use, and a workhorse. We also like that the top feeder comes off with ease, allowing us to store the unit in a small space. The only silly thing with it is the USB port is on the back of the unit if you want to scan to a thumb drive. Minor design fail, but you can add a USB extension dock like we did to get the port in front of the unit. The software to direct scan to your computer is simple to use, is intelligent (skipping blank pages, etc.) and easy to set-up. We also programmed the scanner to do emails to our Secretary and Treasurer, as well as FTP the files to our server.

This is a fast scanner with lots of options to send scans straight to an e-mail address or to a cloud drive folder. The OCR works great; I would never buy a document scanner without it.The software on the device is not fully in sync with the Epson Smart Panel app or the PC software (which fortunately supports wireless) - e.g. the device does not offer me 600 dpi, TIFF or auto-rotation, but the app does - huh..? The device software is definitely a somewhat awkward legacy product while the app is much more modern. At least it's quite customizable and lets me hide options that we will never use. Given that this appears to be a pretty recent product I'm a bit turned off by the documentation still mentioning Windows Vista and 7... but I guess many offices (and this is more of an office product than a home product as it e.g. also offers making use of FTP, own mail server etc.) may still be behind with the Windows versions they use.It would have been nice to include a basic dust cover, as dust is what will inevitably get into the openings over time and interfere with page feed and scan quality. All that said, it's a powerful product with a small footprint, at a reasonable price.

My printer’s scanner app tanked and tech support couldn’t get it working. While at my accountants I saw that she had one of these scanners and loved how fast it was - no jams!Setup was super easy and in minutes I was scanning.I have stacks of documents I had saved for scanning and they are now getting smaller & smaller. It’s fun to scan now!

Works as advertised... can't ask for more. Love the speed and that it does both sides automatically.

Love the scanner, BUT the software is a nightmare! If you have windows 11 -RUN. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to install this scanner and the best I can do is using Microsoft scanner. I have no access to all the bells and whistles. I have been in touch with Geek Squad and Epson to try to straighten this out, to no avail.

If you need a quality portable scanner that does large amounts fast- This is it. Scan to usb, computer, fax, etc
