Definitely a good product.
I’ve purchased this twice so far. I really like the convenience of the cup coming apart to be able to wash everything thoroughly. It’s easy to put together. I did have to buy another set of straws only because once my little one started to teethe there were little holes in the straw. That is the only time when I had problems with spillage, and like I said that was because of the teething other than that, I haven’t had any problems with spilling. I like the convenience of the lid as well because it’s easy for my toddler to manage on own. Fits perfect in vehicle and car seat cupholders so that’s a plus for me. I believe my toddler has been using these for about a year and a half and they’re still in good condition and doing their job.

We love Boon!
Love all our Boon products! This cup is super easy to take with on trips. It leaks a tiny bit when it gets shaken but that’s to be expected. We love the cap to help keep things clean when we are on the go. Fits right into the diaper bag pockets.

Loved by kiddo & parents
I have been through a lot of different straw cups so far between two kids. This is definitely my favorite yet. I don't like plastic sippy cups because I find plastic hard to clean, but this cup has the lightweight benefits of plastic while only having silicone in contact with the beverage so it's much easier to clean, without the weight of stainless steel or glass. It doesn't leak; it seals well using the silicone cup insert itself that sits over the plastic lip instead of having a separate little o-ring/gasket to keep up with. Both the cup and straw are wide and therefore easier to clean. I love that the cover is attached to the cup and snaps in place. My ten month old loves drinking out of it, and also has no problem carrying it around - he likes to wrap his fingers around the cutout part of the plastic. We also have some silicone cups that are lightweight, but can be squeezed hard enough to leak, and this cup avoids that problem as well with the plastic frame. And the price is great compared to a lot of other cups out there! I only wish it came in more colors.

If you have to see inside the cup, get this one
We recently went through a purchasing spree of water straw cups for our 1 year old twins. While a couple of cups failed to live up to expectations, this is one of two cups that were up to the challenge (the other is stainless steel). We've liked it, both kiddos can drink out of it well, and we've liked it. We've only used this for water, so we haven't had any issues with mold growth. We also haven't put hot liquids in it.ProsNo plastic contact with drinking liquidCan see the liquid insideThe silicone sleeve that holds the liquid is weird and funLeak proof when properly put together (which isn't hard, but just requires a double check after putting lid on)Easy to assemble/disassemble and cleanConsThe lack of handles (though both our babies can handle it just fine by grabbing the hard plastic shell at the holes)Part of the straw seal (right where the kiddos drink) came lose and eventually broke off, which made the cup leak. We were able to buy a back of replacement straws for relatively cheap and now it's goodIf you don't seal the silicone sleeve in properly when screwing on the lid, it leakstl;dr We have liked it, but if we were going for another water straw cup, we'd go stainless steel. We were initially reticent as we couldn't see inside, but for just a water cup we've accepted that it's good enough.

Great for the transition
The media could not be loaded. I have tried every straw cup from the munchkin weighted to the 360. This appeared to be my daughter’s favorite. I love that the straw comes apart and that there is a rubber insert that the liquid goes into. The rectangles on the side seem to be where my daughter likes to hold. I barely notice any leakage or any. Overall is a great cup and easy to use! We have purchased a few of these.

Wanted to like this cup...
I really wanted to like this cup. I love that it's silicone and it's pretty easy to clean. The downsides are that every time you Open the lid, the straw gets caught on the lid and sprays liquid everywhere. If you don't get the silicone sleep perfectly aligned on the frame, it'll leak like crazy. The way the straw is constructed to be leak proof makes it impossible for a child or an adult to actually suck any liquid through. I had to cut one of the little pieces out so that anything would even come out. We'll use it for a little while, but this is definitely not the best cup that we have found.

Love this entire line
We have the regular bottles in this line, then added the straw cup lids to them. Decided to buy this larger straw cup as our sons main water cup. I just love the entire line and how he can grow with it and hot have a million plastic things that go in the trash after a few months because he has entered a new "stage". I have had zero leak problems as long as you get the insert seated on the rim right, it's not hard, just have to pay attention. I love that I can bring extra silicone liners and nipples or tippy nipples with me and just one hard frame and lid with me and keep the extra silicone parts in their "buns" so its nice and compact. Also, if you are concerned about plastics your child's food or drink go in to, with these the liquid only even touches the silicone.

Leaks easily
I got this cup as a recommendation from a friend because she liked their bottles. After using it a few times I realized if my son turned it over or left it on its side it would leak from the straw and the sides. I do not use this anymore as he leaves cups around and I would have a big puddle if he left it. It’s a pretty color and great design, except from the leakage factor.
