The steamer is fine. I like that it uses tap water so there’s no need to carry distilled around, but you need to clean it often. Base is light but sturdy and very easy to put together.However, when my package with the steamer was misplaced, customer service representative simply quoted the shipping updates and considered their work done. They didn’t try to get a proof of delivery or even contact shipping company to see if they maybe delivered it to the wrong place. That ended up being the case with my package when it was dropped off and supposedly signed for somewhere else. I was lucky to have a neighbor drop it off later, but, considering the price, I’d recommend buying from a company who would at least try to help you in case something like this happens.

The steamer arm would not stay up. When you tilt slightly it falls down completely. Upset because the return policy states you can’t return with a full refund if not returned in the original, unaltered packaging. I wish I knew that before purchasing. Decided to resale to another licensed professional that didn’t mind the defective steamer arm. Also you can’t repair the arm by tightening due to how the machine is designed.
