The first cartridge I received was defective. I contacted customer service and they offered to send a replacement by next day delivery. The return tag for the defective cartridge was sent by email the same day. They followed up to be sure I was satisfied. Great customer service and the replacement cartridge works just fine.

After installing this and a new toner, my printer is back in business.

Seems to run through quicker than others I've tried but it's also cheaper.

This photoconductor (drum kit) was a perfect fit and works perfectly. It came packaged very well so there was no chance it would be damaged in shipment. It was easy to install, and it even came with instructions on how to reset the copier's photoconductor copy count so there would be no false error messages about it needing to be replaced again. This was an excellent shopping experience.

Great product. This kit brings printer performance back. Since this is a remanufactured photoconductor, the only thing I would like to know is how to recycle the kit I'm replacing so it can be remanufactured. No instructions in the box so I guess in the trash it goes.A photoconductor kit transfers the toner to the paper and collects excess toner. Once the kit has collected all the excess that it can, your printer will start printing streaks and ghost images. That usually happens before the photo-sensitive drum goes bad. The number of pages you can expect from a kit really depends on the amount of toner printed on each page.

I ordered this because my print outs had "ghosting" (very light unreadable stuff from previous prints) and a distinct "darkening" on the right side. I put in this part and presto! all issue went away. Back to crisp clean printing. It was delivered fast and worked great!
