The Ford Wdge carries the same 3.5motor as the TAURUS of the same year so it should fit.

It fit perfectly into my 2010 Ford Taurus that carries the same engine as yours I believe. I was skeptical initially because the original from FORD that was taken out looked too original but the one on Amazon was more affordable compared to the reman from the parts store. I had no choice. It has been working very well for almost a year now.
