These capsules are easily digested and seem to do the job just fine!! I get them monthly and enjoy the consistency. The bottle could be a bit smaller, from an ecological perspective, however.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not happy with this product. Capsules are half full and the capsule itself is stuck together like it got too hot and melted together.
