Q: How does this compare to special effects atomic pink for staying power?

No nothing stays as well as special effects but this stays better than any other brand I have tried since special effects went out of business. I would give anything if special effects would start up again because their product was magic. Stayed vivid for months and months. It was amazing.

Q: Does this oy work on lighter hair colors or will it work on dark hair too?

I have really dark hair and I have to bleach it for the color to take well.

Q: Do you need to use developer with it?

yes, unless you have lighter hair , but if you want a brighter effect or more color to show through, you need one

Q: When this comes off does it leaves the haor bleached or does leaves your color hair normal?

If you have bleached your hair to put the color on then your hair will still be bleached. If you did not bleach your hair it will be your normal color. At least this is how my hair was when it came out.
