Very easy to assemble and a very sturdy set of furniture. The table has 3 panes of glass and looks very expensive. Great having the 6 seats which are very comfy and the 4 footstools which can be used as seats also. The free cover was a bonus. We were missing cushions but the seller was excellent in sending them on to us very quickly. Also comes with 2 sets of covers. Not sure we'll use the white as I'd imagine it would get dirty but the grey covers are lovely and have zips to take them off and on. All in all I'm very pleased with it. Just need some sun now.

Delivery over 3 days probably the only negative. However customer service were great. Now it's up I am impressed with the quality, comfort and value for money. It also looks great.

Delivery want all they bad, I had a message saying that it would be delivered by, and they met that target. Lots of boxes arrived over two days.The build went well, the instructions are adequate but I found the online video confusing. Specifically around the angled chair backs and their orientation. It came with all the tools necessary, meaning I have a few more Alan keys to add to my collection.As to the quality of the table and chairs, I’m happy. It’s obviously not top quality stuff, but for the price I’m happy with the quality. I cut off some of the overhang rattan to cover a few bare areas - be nice if you had a supplied length to do this.The cover isn’t really that good, it will do for now but I’d want something more substantial to get through the winter.The cushions are just okay, they don’t fit terribly well in the covers and the sizes are all over the place - definitely an area where the manufacturer should look into improving. Nice to have two sets of cushion fabric, but the white would get grubby quickly so realistically no-one will use them over the dark grey ones.The big test is how long this will last. Fingers crossed.

Set came in on 2 days first part came with box very damaged and items squashed into a diamond shape had to bend them back and box very taped up the other parts came th following day all ok luckily not enough washers couple of bolts would not go all the way in Some parts of the metal frame is showing aprt from that ok

Very bad quality. Broken parts, looking good but when you fix them brok easy in hand. Rubbish

Took some time to arrive and there was an error with shipping which meant it arrived box by box and when all boxes arrived it was 2 weeks later than expected. BUT… customer services were helpful and now it has arrived we are really happy with the product, especially the value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Ricevuto prodotto danneggiato, ho scritto ma nessuna risposta. Accettato il reso, visto il volume come facevo a restituirlo?Ho chiesto di ripararlo a amici nel settore.Alla fine il prodotto è discreto ma senza assistenza.Comode le coperture
