Q: Does this come with 3 separate stands as pictured?

1 stand with 3 leg sections (top two sections are adjustable).

Q: Can you use these stands for a backdrop with a crossbar?

I don’t see why not, looks like the same as the ones that came with my backdrop kit. Just need to make sure you have the proper attachments.

Q: Plan to use it with Wescott 7' Umbrella. Anyone ?

If you are concerned with stability, you should be fine. I had a crude setup with a 3' x 3' Lastolite EZ box, and it held up just fine.

Q: where can i get a replacement screw for this stand?

if you need the red flip-over thumbscrew; you'll need to get that through Manfrotto parts; it's a custom, dual-threaded screw with the red thumbscrew; so it won't accommodate normal hardware. otherwise, you could use an appropriate sized general hardware, but normal nuts are too thick to accommodate the nesting feature of multiple units.
