ROBOTIME3D Wooden Puzzles DIY Musical Box Building Kit Mechanical Models to Build (Victorian Lantern)

I got this for my dad because he just seemed bored in retirement and slugging around. He really enjoys it and the fact that there are so many pieces. The kit is intricate but easy to follow the instructions. It certainly takes some time, which is what I was hoping for. It even has some extra pieces in case any break, but so far that has not happened. The pieces are good quality and since it's just plain wood, you could stain this or paint it however you like. It also looks really great just as is!

From the moment you gift it, the project can't be put down! This is wonderful way to spend quality time together and makes for an outstanding keepsake!

Everything was great minus s couple things. First the plastic tube was too long and pinched the mechanical parts once fully assembled. The battery pack wasn't clearly shown how they wanted installed And a couple other minor parts and to be trimmed down to make everything fit properly.

Great product! Easy to follow instructions. Extra pieces just in case some break when popping from the wooden sheet. Thoroughly enjoyed putting this together, took about 4 hours in one sitting. I would like to maybe buy again and this time paint the pieces like I have seen in a few photos. The plain wood looks great but the painted ones are very impressive! Wax and sandpaper included with puzzle. No battery needed. We also ordered the Orrery and it was just as fun! Highly recommend!

The manual looks complicated at first but it had all the necessary explanation. The manual has QR code at the end to show how to close the lid which was really helpful.It also has one or two extra small pieces so even if it breaks, it can be completed without any problem.The light is not brighter than I thought but it has an atmosphere. I really enjoyed it.

Love it! I am hooked on these projects! Be careful not to shove pieces though.

This kit has clear instructions and is just challenging enough for an adult to put together. It makes a beautiful lighted music box to display when completed.

The media could not be loaded.  I have done many wooden diy puzzles and this is my favorite.

Excellent project. Not too difficult and you end up with a lovely music box and lantern piece. Lots of nice comments on final product too.
