This works great. Although like many digital pens, it gets very sensitive when you're writing or drawing on the screen. I was using word and was practicing to write on it. Also drawing, and I would say that it works great, it's not perfect. It would have some extra lines in places where you never even set the pen on. I will be using this to draw and I would suggest using sketchbook app from Microsoft store. If you intend on using it for photoshop or anything similar to that. Let me save you the trouble, it doesn't make perfectly straight lines. One workaround is to not slow down your movement to draw a line but to go at a normal or a little above normal pace. Even when drawing using a ruler, you'll still find it making squiggly lines. On sketchbook or other apps like OneNote, Word, I find it does much better. Also, I intend to do some retouching of my pictures for better accuracy. You probably already know that it is pressure sensitive as well. I think it's worth the price since it's my 2nd time I purchased and used a digital pen. I did own a pn338m also through Dell. Which they don't sell anymore. It's fast to set up and get it to work. If you are having trouble, look at some videos on youtube on how to do this.

This pen is great. I have had it for four months now and the FINISH IS PERFECT. Nothing has happened like the pictures above...so maybe Dell fixed the issue 🤔. I am a virtual teacher, and the precision and versatility of this pen is amazing. You can double click the back to take a screen shot and instantly "mark it up" with highlighters and pen marks. I have had to change the battery already in 4 months, so maybe they come with junk batteries, or I just use it a lot. Either way, quit being a cheapy and buy a pair on AAAA batteries for $5 bucks while you purchase this. You wont be disappointed.

A couple of times, the button presses would be recognized, but the cursor wouldn't track the pen tip. Tapping near the nib a few times restores the operation, which we had to google and figure out. Other than that, when the pen is working, it works well for us.

Bought the pen for my XPS 13 7390 2-in-1. -Pen came with 1 AAAA battery, a small lanyard of sorts to attach to the pen, and an extra nib. As well as a diagram of instructions to set up pen. - It is very nice to write with and feels great in my hand....heavy enough to feel expensive and high quality but not overly heavy. - Also can magnetically attach to the side of the notebook's keyboard! Comes in handy in tablet & tent mode. Overall, 10/10 rating (if you don't mind the $99 cost).
