It has a nice firm, supportive feel and is easy on my knees. It is thick and heavy and does not slide, but I can adjust its position easily. It does not keep dents in the surface even when I use equipment on it. It never has an odor. It is a nice large size (7' x 9') which is good for tall people. It comes with a nice towel. It is a good price and thickness compared to other mats.

I bought two large Sensu Exercise Mat's for my new garage gym, and love them! When I opened them up, I was excited to see an offer for a free foam roller set when feedback is provided. I have been using them for a few weeks now and cannot be happier and satisfied with them. I was super happy when I opened them and they did not have that nasty rubber smell, like some other rubber products can have. When I first got them, I was worried that the mats wouldn't be thick enough for my cardio days, but I was wrong. The mats has the perfect amount of cushion to absorb the shock. I love how easy they are to wipe clean at the end of my workout. They also easy to roll up and keep nice in the bag it comes with. The mat is surprisingly comfortable to lay on for those ab workouts, yoga, or stretching. I also like that when the sweat starts to drip, my hands don't slide around when I have to do those dreaded mountain climbers, LOL!! I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend these mats to anyone who is looking.

The Sensu Large Exercise Mat is nicely padded, and it stays in place during my cardio exercises. There was a dime-sized light white stain on one end of the mat by the Sensu logo, but it does not affect the use of the mat. I like the large towel, the two sturdy Velcro straps to hold my mat, and the nice big bag to store it as well. I would definitely recommend this mat to others.

I am using this mat for a home workout area with dumbbells and a kettlebell. The thickness is perfect for a dual role workspace. At 9mm thick, the mat is not too thick to be a trip hazard but still thick enough to protect my hardware floors from the weights. The quality of the mat is very nice with good details and it definitely looks like it will hold up well over time. The large size of this mat works well for my space and gives me freedom to move around without worrying about damaging the floor. No strong odor, even when I first unwrapped it from the plastic. The mat comes with a carry bag with straps, but in this large size, it would not be something I would move very often. Overall, very happy with this purchase

I purchased the Sensu Large Exercise Mat extra thick, for my cardio exercises. I do Hiit cardio aerobics and needed an mat that would absorb shock from high impact aerobics and be easy to roll out when needed, and easy to roll-up afterwards. This mat works great for all my needs. It is large enough to accommodate the wide range of movements I do in my Hiit exercise routines, and easily rolls up to store away when I am done. It did not have any offensive chemical smell when first used, which I am happy about, since I am very sensitive to smells. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others who want shock absorption for aerobics as well as cushioning for floor exercises. It would be nice if the mat had just a little bit more cushioning and also if it came in a slightly larger size, of 6" more. Thank you for producing such a great product.

This mat is great. I DOES NOT move and is enough cushion to not need a yoga mat over it to protect your knees. I have had one for about 4 years and it has help up great through all my work outs and I just ordered a second one

I really like the size of the mat as it covers my entire body even if I starfish myself. The thickness provides cushioning support for all types of workouts. It's living in my garage and the thickness is imperative which is why I chose this mat compared to others. Mat also feels good to lie down and just rest in place. Great for yoga, run in place, HIT and cardio types of workouts. The mat has a nice blue covering on the bottom, which compared to others something that stood out. It seems durable and I like that it came with a workout towel.

This is a good mat. I got it to replace the small yoga sized mat that comes Ruth the Tonal accessory kit. Overall, it’s dense enough foam that you feel stable on it. Not too much give. No side to side wobble as you settle into it. Better than those foam puzzle squares. It’s early, but I think it will last and the size is perfect for Tonal- no more moving a small mat around. The size is fantastic. Just right for a wide range of movements on the mat or just past it, again with Tonal. Finally, it does, however, stink. The smell is fading, but it’s still present and I can still smell it before I enter the room. Anyone who says this doesn’t smell needs a covid test. It’s manageable and lessening, but the stink is there.

This arrived in great condition and as advertised - no odour and it unrolled flat on my hardwood floor. I have not rolled it up since unpacking as I use it daily for stretching and light movement work. This is a pricey item, but it's cheaper than some of the big name brands. I have no regrets as the quality is very good/durable. I have not felt like I would slip on it, though I am not heavily sweating on it. It's easy to vacuum and to clean. The 8.5mm thickness provides excellent padding for me (no discomfort when kneeling), yet it's not soft (as in it's not a sink-into-it padding), making it an effective mat for balance work. Placing heavier items on it will cause an indent, but within minutes, the mat springs back. I got the smallest size (6x4) because that's essentially the amount of space I have, but if I were lucky enough to have a larger space, I would not hesitate to get a larger mat based on my experience with it (I've now been using it for 1.5 months). I enjoy the mat so much that I find myself sitting on it casually, like if I want to sit on the floor instead of an a chair to be able to stretch my hips and legs more. That little bit of padding makes a huge difference. And leaving my mat unrolled is a constant reminder that I should move around (vs being glued to my desk). My mat is in a high-traffic spot in my house, so I have to walk over it all the time. As soon as my foot steps onto it, I'll stop for 5 minutes to do a stretch before going back to my desk.

I have just received my Sense large exercise Mat and I’m very happy with the quality, presentation and feel of the mat. It’s density gives the support without the bulk and is sturdy at the same time. I’m very happy with it thank you.

We really love our new Sensu large exercise mat. We just received it yesterday, spread it on our carpet on our third floor loft and have already used it twice. It's large enough for both my husband and myself to exercise and stretch. It's been a barrier to have enough space and we don't have two yoga mats. This was a great way to cover up some stains on the carpet lol, as well as provide us with a big enough space to exercise together. My husband needs help with stretching out his hamstrings and this is a perfect size so that I don't hurt my knees as I bend to help him stretch his legs! It's also very sick and maintains its shape. Time will tell if it retains the integrity of the mat, but it looks to be of a very high-quality material. And it doesn't stink!

Very sturdy. Great surface grip. I would buy it in more colours if available. I keep same size yoga mat on top to have a bit of softness and extra padding when I’m exercising
