Fits Tacoma 3.4l
This is absolutely a fit for a 2001 Tacoma 3.4l. All you have to do is turn the hardware over, and remove the extra washer and nut that is supplied; those are only there to keep the hardware together in shipment. Great value.

I bought it for my husband's truck and it was perfect, easy to install and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Terrible decision. Don't buy it.
There was absolutely nothing that fit fit properly. The filter had to be forced into the box, the mounting tabs/arms are not located where they can fasten to the vehicle, and the outlet nozzle seems to be half an inch farther away, so the intake tube barely reaches the box. I have no faith that this will seal the dirt and dust from my engine. Actively looking for a replacement that does not look like another copy of this same product that is simply sold under an different name.

Excellent Price, Perfect Fit 2001 Toyota 4runner SR5
The price was unbeatable. Read reviews prior to purchase and was concerned it may not fit or line up with the 3 mounting holes. After arrival, and quick comparison, it seemed to be exactly the same. Just need to reverse the two bolts that came with it. Then it was easy to install and it matched up perfectly.

Very expensive and poor quality product!
Plain, flimsy plastic, low quality product. It broke after a few months of use. The lid that closes with the metal latches does not fit perfectly, even the latches do not do their job, they do not hold the lid in place. LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS, THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK.
