This mask worked great!! I woke up recently with eyelid pain, and as the day went by my eyelid began to swell, consistent with a stye but an internal one. I tried using a towel for warm compresses but it’s messy and doesn’t stay warm. My birthday was coming up the following week so I was stressed out! Received the mask the next day with prime, and started using it as soon as I could, along with massaging the gland after warm compressions, eyelid hygiene and bacitracin. Wow my symptoms went away in a couple of days, very minimal swelling and redness on my birthday which made me so happy. Now, I’ve had a chalazion for months on the same eyelid, but it’s not visible, I only noticed it when I was removing make up one day and stretched the skin on my eyelid. It hasn’t gotten higher or affecting my vision either. I will continue to use this mask to help the trapped oil gland with drainage.

This mask delivers the 10 minutes of heat that my ophthalmologist wants for my severe dry eye. I use it twice a day. 26 seconds on my microwave produces the first 5 minutes of heat, and 16 more seconds delivers another 5 minutes.My previous Bruder mask could not do that. I had to microwave it 4 times to get only 3 minutes of that. I also tried a corded mask but it was not comfortable at all, and hardly had any heat.This one not only has the necessary heat, it is comfortable, too, and I like how large it is so that it warms the eye sockets, a little forehead, and a little bit of cheek. I put a tissue between it and my face so that I never have to wash it.It is doing a great job for a very reasonable cost.

I love these, but they do have a slight smell. However, they help so much with dry eyes and migraines that I don't care about the slight smell. I highly recommend them. You can truly feel the moisture in your eyes after a few seconds. If you have migraines or dry eyes, this will help you. I microwave them for 24 seconds because 30 is a bit too warm for me. Also, make sure that you take the pouch out of the zipper to microwave. If you put the whole thing in the microwave (like my husband did), they are way too hot. Love this product.

Seems to help with dry eyes. The band is adjustable, but still feels a little tight against my face even when loosened as far as it will go.

Stays hotter for about 10 min. Way longer than using hot wash clothes. My microwave is 1000 watts. And putting it in for 30s. Was way too hot. 25 s is just the right time. But just need to fine the right timing for your microwaveThe heat mask is comfortable to wear from the material to the adjustable strap. Super nice!And I love that I can wash the exterior.

My optometrist recommended this mask to help with my clogged tear ducts, along with a tea tree cleansing foam and I’ll say this, it works, when I use it! It’s definitely a “user error” not using it daily but I saw a change within a week of using it once a day. I now cry, laughing at jokes and don’t seem like a stoic, heartless wretched woman due to lack of tears. I love that it’s weighted - feels like it’s really doing work because of that 😂 I’ve managed to fall asleep twice while wearing it but it’s typically worn in the mornings while my toddler is sleep, at work - before I start working and at night - listening to whatever’s on the tube. I’d buy it again but with such great quality- it may be a few years. The price point was more realistic in comparison to others on the market. The mask is soft and comfortable on your face. I have meibomian gland dysfunction and have to do a treatment twice a day and this is the most comfortable mask I have found. Just beware the instructions say do not heat over 30 seconds. It gets very hot very fast and stays warm for my whole 20 min treatment. I found that heating it 25 seconds is perfect. Love the little plastic pouch to keep it in. Just wish mine did not have a rip on the side.

The mask works wonderfully well. Be sure and follow the heating instructions! I accidentally left it in the microwave for an extra 10 seconds and while at first, it felt good pretty soon I had to take it off as I felt my eyes starting to burn! The instructions were there so this was definitely owner error! LOL I received the product in a timely manner and I DO like this product for dry eyes! Or a headache, or just to feel warm! Thanks!
