Works to immobilize knee without slipping down and can still walk
I’m not sure if I have a fracture yet but it helps the pain I’ve had under my knee for about a week and a half, so I’m just wearing it for comfort for now. I’ve had other (longer) immobilizers, one that went from the top of my leg to my ankle and it was difficult to apply by myself and kept slipping down no matter how tight I adjusted it. It was also difficult to adjust the panels to fit my legs, which were much thicker almost two years ago than they are now. But this immobilizer can also be adjusted, not sure if some people aren’t aware of how these 3 panel immobilizers work, but they usually come on the smallest size and you have to separate the panels and put them back together so that they can fit a larger leg. They usually come with instructions, but I wasn’t given the instructions from the hospital when I got my first immobilizer, so it was a while before I figured it out. This one does not slide down my leg (I’m wearing it without any clothes underneath). And it immobilizes my knee and prevents the hyperextension which is something I do naturally and causes pain since I sustained some kind of injury. I’m seeing an orthopedic surgeon this week so I will hopefully have X-rays taken at the very least and get an exam that will give me an idea of what my latest problem is.

Comfortable!
OMG yes!! After an extensive and complicated knee surgery I am stuck with my leg being straight for 6 weeks. Today is the 2 week mark and the brace I was given at the hospital was awful. It is heavy, it slides down constantly and is quite frankly painful. With 4 weeks to go in the straight leg position I needed something more lightweight that would stay in place. This brace does just that! When I can bend my knee again I will have to go back to the other one, but for the next 4 weeks I am very happy that this is a safe option. Much more comfortable, much lighter and totally worth the price.

Perfect size for a knee immobilizer
This product provided great support for my broken knee. The doctor had given me a much longer on which was very uncomfortable to use. This one was easy to put on and take off. It stayed on pretty well but I needed to put a rubber shelf liner underneath for it to stay in place better. My only complaint is that the velcro tore up the material on some of my pants when I was wearing the device over my pants. The velcro rubs against the opposite leg and wears down the material.

Best one for my needs hands down
I have a partially torn ACL, quad tendonitis, and arthritis in one of my knees and this is a huge help! It’s braced with a hinged brace during the day but still hurts so I went with this one to wear at night. Best decision ever. Not to long I’m 5’7” 150lbs it’s adjustable. I don’t understand reviews that say it doesn’t fit you can take the whole piece off with the loops and move it so my guess is some ppl don’t realize this. It does slide down with movement but not a prob for me as I’m using at night to sleep. If I were to use during the day I’d probably put something under it to prevent slippage. That flexible band aid would probably work great. My knee feels so much better when I wear this at night reducing the number of days I have to wear my hinged one during the day. Not ready for surgery so I’ll keep on bracing until it no longer works. Easy to use, completely adjustable, and fairly comfortable for a brace lol. Stop looking at the others on here this is the best bang for your buck!

Great... velcro strap break above kneecap update
Glad I got the 14-in it really holds my left knee in place which has been rebuilt in the quad muscle and then I developed after arthritis and recurring torn meniscus and attella popping out and damage from a cheap Walmart brace with hinges, it keeps my knee from hyperextending I wish I'd have tried this 6 months ago I wear it 24 hours a day and just pull it up on the knee most of the time to get on and off the couch using a cane in the other hand for a stability and I sleep with it every night the past 5 weeks or so with the patella strap underneath it and a cheap Walmart like 7-in knee support and trying these in combination has really helped but the main thing is that this brace has kept my knee from hyperextending and allowed me to lift it up while getting on the couch and out of bed and up and down out of chairs to finally get some healing I am 57-year-old male that lives alone trying to Stave off Assisted Living or asking for help from friends family or Neighbors. Update; now June 17th and the third strap from the bottom broke right above the kneecap because it is not sewn in evidently was just glued and I used that to pull the thing up and down my leg because it doesn't stay still and I've had it on 24/7 for about 2 months now and what use that to pull my leg up on the bed or up on the chair Etc and it broke last night just came right out so I ordered another one because I have to have it but I wanted to update and say this is a design flaw and you can only return it after 30 days so I had to spend another $30 out of pocket and order another one last night which was Thursday night and it won't be here till Tuesday and hopefully the other straps won't break before then because I have to have this on my knee to keep it from dislocating or hyperextending and again I'm paying out of pocket and it's not being reimbursed driving me further in debt.
