Attention Only WORKS at 110V ac
returned 5 minutes after receipt. the product is sold in Dubai where the current is 240V AC while on the product it is indicated that it works at 110V AC. This info does not appear anywhere in the specifications.

Stopped at first time use
Product not work at first use. I bought this hot knife to cut foam boards.. in first use cutting after i cut one side it’s stopped, No heat, No power or even flashing.. i just cut one side, only one and not complete, why it’s not working.. i checked electricity source too.Kindly help & advise
