There are a lot of negative reviews for this product that I don't understand because I have had a stellar experience with this product.Pros:-Fast: Plays "Angry Birds Go" smoothly, watch videos on Netflix/Xfinity Go smoothly.-Vanilla Android Lollipop: None of the usual bloatware. Didn't even come with YouTube or Chrome. This is a barebones Android experience and I love it. Let me download the apps I want!-Mini HDMI-out: This is why I bought the tablet. It turns any TV into a smart TV.-Expandable Memory via SD card slot: something Android users take for granted, not possible with an iPad.-Big screen: Makes it an inexpensive eBook Reader.Cons:-No dedicated volume buttons-Cheap screen: if you look closely you can see the pixels.-Moderate battery life: about 4 hours of video streaming with max brightness, or 7 hours of web browsing on 60% brightness-Cameras: nothing to write home about.Conclusion:I weighed the pros and cons and I feel that for the price I paid ($80) it is a good value. I understand that compromises on the screen and battery life had to made for that price point. The result is a fast, reliable product that suits my needs as an Android developer who just needs to test my apps on a tablet. On the other hand, it's inexpensive enough for me to hand to my 5-year-old to play "Angry Birds Go!" (a graphics-demanding game) or watch Netflix kids. Overall, I'm satisfied.TLDR:This is a great tablet for those on a budget and don't particularly care about a razor-sharp screen. Inexpensive tablet you won't mind letting your kids use (Hint: guest mode). In my opinion, it works as advertised and is a good value for the money.

My husband shopped around quite a bit before deciding on this tablet. We based our decision on the screen size and features vs. the overall price. This one had the features and screen size we wanted, but was less expensive than other similar tablets. We also based our choice on feedback given in the other customer reviews. here are some other features we like about this tablet:**Fast processor enables quick app launches and fluid graphics.**consumes much less power than most quad-core tablets and the power-saving design enables extended battery life.**Endless entertainment and amazing 3D gaming experience: With 1GM RAM and A83T processor, you can download all your favorite apps seamlessly.**Built-in Bluetooth**US-based local customer service and tech support**quick response to questions via email and local phone callMy college age daughter uses this frequently to run apps for school and use Skype for her job, which requires her to skype with clients in Beijing while running an app. My younger children have downloaded some learning apps, and use them frequently. I am very pleased with the quality, size, features and price of this tablet, and would recommend it to my friends.Edited 1/15/2017 Unit has started freezing on the reboot screen. At first, we could restart it, or do a reset and get it to work...now that isn't even helping--it is frozen on the Android reboot screen and is completely non-usable. I've initiated a warranty request through the Neutab website, and will update this review when I hear back from them. 1/20/2017: I made a customer service request through the neutab website, and they responded within a few days. They told me to follow the instructions on the site for updating the firmware. I did this, and so far, so good. The update seems to have solved all freezing and reboot issues. If I have more problems I will update this review!!

I am completely editing my previous review of this tablet. At this point I would say this tablet though ok has more cons then pros. Think carefully before deciding on this tablet.Pros :Nice looking tabletA long screen (or wide, however you look at it)Has an mini HDMI port, great for hooking to the tv.Instantly connects to a tv through the HDMI.Most apps seem to work well. (Though some don't, see cons)Comes with a screen protector.16 GB of space.Cons : Terrible looking resolution. The picture looks blocky and unclear. Even using the smart colors and smart backlight options on the tablet, cannot save the screen. Horrible camera. Front and back cameras are so bad, it's not worth even taking picture with them. It always deep sleeps. While this may seem good and it does allow the battery to last while not using the tablet, you can't get anything to update, until you turn on the screen again. This prevents notifications of any type. Some apps just do not work. I have had quite a few apps that just crash every attempt to start them. The apps are able to work on other devices I have. There are a few apps I have that just partially work. One in particular isn't able to play videos within the app at all. Videos are choppy or don't play well even with the default video player. Though I was able to resolve this by downloading an app that allows the videos to play, I could only find one app that would work to do so.Some games lag badly. For an Octa core processor, you would expect more, but only 1 GB of RAM is the reason. Tiny Sound. This speaker is on the back and though the sound varies from one app to another, it is mostly hard to hear. The technical specs on Amazon say nothing about WiFi being available on this particular tablet. Only Bluetooth and usb. (There is in fact Wifi on this tablet) There is no notification lights or anything besides sounds to alert you to a notification. There will be an offer that comes with this tablet to allow you to get a free cover for the tablet, if you review the product and send Neutab an email with the proof. I did all of that and Neutab refused to give the cover stating I did not buy this from them. I reviewed and did everything I was supposed to, but was still refused. Be cautious of who you buy this tablet from if you want to avail of the free cover.All in all this is a ok tablet for anyone not caring how good the tablet is. But this is a terrible tablet for the price. Many things need to be changed to allow for a better experience. I regret buying this tablet. I will keep it as it will be useful for my aged relatives to play with. I have fixed some of the problems I have had with this tablet through certain apps to help. But that is something you should have to do after spending such a high price. Be cautious, and for your benefit maybe try for a different cheap tablet.
