Q: I have purchased this charger but i cannot get it to quick charge despite trying 4 different "quick charge 3" chargers. sure its qc3 compatible?

For it to charge fast you can only use the two outside charging points (so it’s only a two batter charger if you want it to be fast) and even then it’s not super fast the two middle charging points are useless unless you are charging over night.

Q: Is this suitable for 14250 (1/2 AA) ?

According to my manual it can charge 14260 batteries whether it will do 14250 i cannot say.

Q: Will this charge 4 18650 li-on batteries that are 2600 mAh each all at the same time without complications?

Yes you can charge 4 batteries at the same time but if you do the charge rate drops so much on all four that it takes longer to charge them than if you did 2 at a time just using the outside positions.
