Great for getting your brain into top health
I found this book particularly helpful. There are many great ideas to improve and keep your brain healthy. This book covers everything from types of food that contain anti-oxidants to prevent free radicals from affecting your brain (and your body) to exercises in the form of games which help to build your brain like a muscle.The best part of these "secrets" is that they are not a burden to do. Most are quite simple and the game playing is really fun while improving your brain at the same time. I found this book to be different than some of the same ideas I hear time and again on personal improvement.

Useful book with plenty of solid techniques to help keep that brain working
Well, I learned something new right off the bat on the first page. This is a good book. It's not too short but it's not too long. You can read fairly quickly but you might want to write a few things down so you don't forget because there's a lot of good ideas that are easily incorporated into a daily lifestyle. If you think you're memory isn't performing as well as it used to, or if you simply want to know ways to keep and improve your memory, go ahead and read this book. You will find it useful and practical but, even more, especially helpful.

Live Smarter
Wonderful tips to increase your brain capacity and memory. I do admit I needed I book like this and using all the exercises given, I not only find my memory improving, but I had fun as well.Suggestions about changing habits of eating and drinking are very useful and there are interesting facts about berries, did not know that my favourites - Blue berries - are so good for my brain. Thank you author.

Really loved this book!
I am always looking for ideas and ways to improve my productivity and as I got very stressed recently and forgot something, which then caused hours and hours of work to correct, I was keen to read this book. I liked how the author gave us ways to improve memory and brain function by focusing what we put in our bodies and therefore our brains, and also different practical techniques to sharpen our performance. So many books focus on the techniques without pointing out that if we are filling our brains with junk, they won't perform optimally, no matter what we do.

Good book on improving memory
This book gives some excellent tips on improving your memory. While I was expecting the book to be on brain health more generally, I'm still glad I got it as I definitely need to improve my short-term memory. I enjoyed the section on food and nutrition and intend to incorporate more berries into my diet. I'm also going to try out the memory exercises at the end of the book.

It was honestly very descriptive and had a why for everything. I bet kids could also follow this book and become smarter.

Living smarter with the help of this book
I have to say, I haven't heard of bran health but when I have read this book, I have learned ways on how to increase oxygen supply to my brain, how to eat and drink smart to better enhance my memory and the natural remedies that can improve memory health. I especially liked the part on memory enhancement because I really needed it. Thanks a lot to this book, I will try to incorporate its tips to my daily diet and routines.

great book to improve your memory
I really enjoyed the memory exercises and am especially going to pass this on to my mum, who would really benefit from reading about the nutrition and exercise advice as she heads into her late 60s. Recommended for easy to ready format, good facts and practicality.

AWESOME....Loads of Info On How To Strengthen and Build Brain Cells To Improve Memory
Gosh, this book definitely opened my eyes and made me think more about ways I can improve my memory. It gives a very clear explanation about how the brain works, but for me, the BEST part of this book is the FUN, CREATIVE games/exercises you can do to strengthen and improve memory; plus tips on how to look after your brain, improve memory skills and manage your time better! I didnt realise eating blueberries would have such an effective benefit on brain health.Thank you..a really informative book. Definitely recommend.

We all need to improve the Health of our Brain as we get older
There is growing concern now in society that the percentage of population suffering from dementia is growing. We all need to exercise and challenge our brains as we get older. In fact if we do not feed our body the right types of foods and challenge our brain in the right way eventually brain cells die.This is a good book which addresses all these facets related to a healthy brain.

look after your brain!
I found alot of useful advice in this book. The brain is infinitely more powerful than most people realize and we barely use a fraction of its full Potential. There's some good advice about the importance of nutrition and hydration as well as some really good suggestions and exercises for how to improve cognitive function.

It is filled with tips on nutrition, exercise for both the body and the memory, herbal remedies, and games. I would recommend this book for anyone that is starting to look for helpful information to help improve their memory.
