Thank you for choosing Qivange. Sometimes if our makeup brushes smell like paint since they have been sealed in the bag for long time, don't worry! Just wash the bag and brushes in water with little shampoo and wait them dry, the smell will disappear! How to clean makeup brushes(which you can also see from the brochure): 1. Holding bristles face down, run bristles under warm water. 2. Gently squeeze out any excess water and makeup residue. 3. Apply a dime size amount of mild soap and olive oil into the palm of your hand. 4. Massage the bristles into your palm in a circular motion under running water until the water runs clear, being careful not to submerge the brush. 5. Gently squeeze out any excess water using a clean towel. 6. Had fallen apart before any use
The brushes are beautiful, and soft, would rate higher but as they are being taken out of their packages and have yet to be used, the gold at the bottoms have come off of several pieces and some even have to have the top glued back on as well. So that is poor quality as I literally just took them out of the bag to air them out minutes after it was delivered. So without even being used, and simply taking them out of the individual plastic they are wrapped in, the bottom gold pieces were already off, and 1 top part with the bristles was off, and 2 are very loose. Not happy with this as this is just during removal. I hope with my fixing it myself it will hold up much better.

El primer paso es lavarlas y cuando lo hice se cayeron 3 de las tapitas doradas. Las pegué nuevamente con silicón pero fue una mala primera impresión. Están bonitas y suaves pero se ve que no van a durar tanto como otras brochas. Las bolsita está muy bonita.

Brush came broken
I was soo excited to receive this new set of brush because I have to do wedding on Saturday.... just to realize when I was removing the from package the spoolie brush was already broken before a single use. I tried to write the teller to have a new one sent to but they don't even have that option so I'm basically screwed.

No good.
The bristles on these brushes are super soft, but the rest of the product sucks. The gold nubs at the end of them fell off as I removed them from The packaging. The heads of two brushes fell off as I was using them. Ended up returning.

Great brush. I like that it comes with a pouch. The bristles don’t fall off when you use it. It would have been nicer if the brushes have label on them so I don’t have to keep looking at the pamphlet that comes with it.
