Well this volume knob fit perfectly on my Q5. I went to vacuum my car ,after I got done I notice my volume knob was missing. I order this one it shipped really fast. No complains here.

It took almost 1 month the get it and when I received it, it DID NOT FIT! Sending it back.

I purchased my 2013 Q5 used from the dealer and it had a missing volume knob. The vehicle was sold "as is," so it would be an additional $50 for the dealership to install it. I took a pair of tissue forceps to remove the old broken plastic and then this one snapped right into place by pushing down firmly.
