Bought as a christmas prezzie for the wife, a few weeks later I had a horrible pulled muscle near my shoulder blade. I let her loose on the spot, and I kid ye not, the pain dissipated, then by the following day had gone. She uses is on her plates of meat (feet) and she sits there grinning like a cheshire cat. it’s a very solid, metal not plastic (in the main) heavy duty kind of thing, not like those flimsy ones you see in gadget shops in the shopping centre (that’s a mall to you doodle dandies). The battery lasts a long time, is USB C recharging and all together this is a very satisfying thing to own.

Been shopping heavily on Amazon for years, but rarely leave reviews. But, very much want to thank Renpho for amazing service. I purchased this gun from Amazon on October 25. A week ago (Nov 20-ish) started to sporadically stop working. As I thought it was within Amazon return window for a while, thought I'd return when I got a chance. Nov 28, a Sunday, was annoyed to find the Amazon window had closed Nov 26. This is not great Amazon, as the product is still under warranty. Checked out the Renpho website, found a support email and emailed them at 10pm on a Sunday night. Had a reply on Monday morning making clear they stand by their products and would help me. I sent them a video of the device showing the fault, and the serial number. They responded Tuesday saying they had examined and would send me a new device. No need to send back the broken one, no further questions. Replacement just arrived (Thursday). Even a follow up email post delivery. Very happy with the support and very friendly customer service. Had one contact at support (thanks April) who replied to all my emails. Most companies just give you a generic email address and non-personal answers. Thank you Renpho.

I am a chartered physiotherapist and have used many massage guns over the years, high end to low end and this is by far the best I've cone across (despite using all of the name brand competitors)- it hammers from light to jackhammer which is fantastic as I like a deep tissue treatment to stimulate healing which my previous massage gun could not accomplish, and the titanium heads with the ability to do hot or cold therapy while treating is the cherry on top. Highly recommend this massage gun if you have the expertise and safety knowledge to handle such a powerful device.

Very popular with my in laws. It's quite powerful though, even at the lowest setting. Feels very well made. Very solid.

Super powerful massage, worth paying that little bit extra for. Proper deep massage. The metal tips heat up a bit with friction which is nice. They screw in too which makes them feel solid. Not too loud, and doesn’t vibrate that much in your hand. Definitely a step up from other massagers I’ve had in the £80 range. Really good.

This thing has been a god send... I was dubious at first that it wouldn't be as powerful as it says but it really is... I'm a big guy and I cannot use it past power setting 3 of 5!Absolutely recommend it to really give your aches and pains a hammering.One little thing I would say as a slight negative is the width of the handle is quite wide
