Q: Is this the fairest color? i am very pale.

This is not only very pale, it is grayish. It claims to be brightening, but I found it dulling. Be warned it is not sheer and does not really allow your natural coloring to show through.

Q: Apart from the lower spf, Whats the difference between this and the perfect cover bb cream?

I have tried both products. In terms of coverage, they both seem to work the same for me, although the signature texture feels silkier. I did however notice a difference when comparing ingredients... the signature doesn't seem to have parabens and some other ingredients which quite honestly I have no idea what they are.
