Ultra HIGH Gloss 33% Solids Floor Finish Wax - 1 Gallon (More Durable, Less Coats, Less Labor)

Amazing product!! Made my laminate floor look so luxurious and shiny!!!

Jul 2022 update, at the bottom.Jun 2020: After using this Simoniz High Gloss product, I was impressed, HIGHLY impressed for a change.After I getting on my hands and knees to diligently clean all the linoleum tiles (especially the white tiles) - I put down 3 coats.It looks amazing, like it did when we moved in 10 years ago. BUT, I neglected to do a beforehand picture, aaarrgghhh...I even tested it on old weather worn hard wood (previous owners at some point allowed rain to get in around the balcony door and soak that area, ruining it - you know, that brownish/grayish weathered look [it did not warp]).--- 1 light coat of this product even made THAT look good.Now I cannot wait for the wife to clean the hardwood. She says she wants to do a very thorough hardwood floor cleaning first - especially after I spent a week on my knees prepping the kitchen floor.--- Again, 1 test coat on the old h/w looked good, 2 will make it look amazingFor those 'not' getting good results, very sorry you all are not having the look we got...Usage - Jul 18, 2020 - hot outside / direct sunlight on half of kitchen floor / AC 'was' on:a) cleaned linoleum very, VERY THOROUGHLY (even sanded down black gouge marks in the white tiles)b) applied coating and let dryc) did 1 side of kitchen at a time--- bad mistake, you end up getting that thin overlap strip down the kitchen (very noticeable with that 'high gloss' sheen) - do entire floor area at one time if you can---- this was why I ended up doing 3 coats instead of 2d) after 3rd coat - you see the result in the pixI still cannot get over the successful look - did not expect it to look that great!DRYING time--- dried on average 35 minutes each timeSLIP / Slipperiness--- NONE at all, even after putting on those 3 coats - with socks, bare feet, sandals - NO sliding or slipping - the grip feels pretty goodWhite water spots that some have experiencedWe have not encountered this issue on linoleum (white/black tiles) or that hardwood floor test.--- Water drops hit it - it sits there until one of us notices the drops, then we dry it - no white spot residue at all left behind.Floor remains AWESOME - we are 'definitely' going to use it on the rest of the floors (all hardwood).Jul 2022:Had some damaged floor finish below the sink in the circled area. Stripped the floor and did the finisher again - Jul 2022.Did 2 coats this time and not 3 as I did last time. The first lay down of the floor finish was lasted 2 years, since Jun 2020.(I used "Ace Floor Wax Stripper" which is VERY good - do a search on what I just quoted and patrick42stuff to find my write up on it on Wordpress site - since we cannot use direct links here...)

it is a great choice if you love high gloss finish. very easy to use, just like other brand polish product, just keep your window open, there will be a little smell while appling. it will leave a extra coating after 2 times apply, really good for old floor.

I bought this to shine up my floors. The pictures I added are of my upstairs hallway and my bathroom. This was incredibly easy to use and gave it a real nice shine. It did dull out a tad after 24 hours but I only applied 2 light coats. However my floors have stayed very clean especially in our high traffic hallway with 2 large dogs. And I’m not seeing any dog hair stick to the floor. It shines just as good as wax if not better without the hard labor and doesn’t make the floor slick like a skating rank.

After washing the floor and letting it dry...the sealer was applied by a dry mop (*Note, the picture with the dry mop has the area between the white wall and the dry mop with sealer application. From the dry mop to the bottom of the picture is no sealer). The sealer took 5 minutes to apply on the entire floor.One thing to note: if any fluff is on the floor...it will seal it. To undo it: Gently scrape it with a finger nail to remove finish to remove the fluff...then apply a dry mop with the sealer again.This wood floor is 42 years old. It was brought back to life with this sealer.I used it on the bathroom linoleum floors...again, it looks and even smells new.THEN, I used it on my piano bench and the bench (45 years old) came out looking brand new.Next...I put it on a wooden desk top that has no finish on it and it took 3 coats (dry time in between) to create a coating I wanted as a barrier for water glass stains.The last part I used it on was the kitchen cabinets and Kitchen Island (1980's style wood). It is very shiny, reflects light and makes the dull kitchen look new again.Buy this product.You won't be disappointed.

I need this product!I had it on a subscription, every 2 months 1 bottle and was stocked up with about 7 so I had to stop the subscription and now it’s no longer available 😩. Any suggestions for another wax for hardwood floors with the wet lookSincerely Sad

I started out loving this and my floors looked awesome! Then I started noticing how easily it comes off the floor and even leaves spots looking dirty where some stays and some comes off around it. Now my floors look all splotchy . Very disappointed and won't buy again.

First, I've never been compelled to write a review for any of the hundreds of products I get on Amazon Prime. Either the product work for me or I send it back. But, this product is different... I was truly stunned at just how easy it is apply (on pretty much everything and anything) and how amazing the results are every time. The product dries super fast and even though it says something about buffing it the next day on the directions, that is not necessary. I just wiped it on with a soft cloth and let it dry. The entire bedroom floor probably took me an hour. The counter was a ten minute job. You will not be disappointed by this product. See before and after pictures.
