There are a number of books coming out in the recruitment space right now, with precious little time to read so much material it is important to make the right choice.Exceptional Talent is a great read. The authors are two of the most distinguished in the Talent Landscape. Credit to Matt Alder & Mervyn Dinnen for a well researched and thought provoking read.Advice is practical, implementable and critically contains plenty of case studies to illustrate points.In a world where is it increasingly easy to 'talk the talk' and look good by sitting on Social Media all day commenting, Merv and Matt, 'walk the walk' and deliver a great book that if read by every recruiter would raise the standing & benchmark of the industry. I will be ordering extra copies to send to recruiters on my team. Hattip to Merv & Matt. A great achievement and well worth the hard work you put into this.

Pragmatic and relevant book with lots of case studies and credible statistics worth a read for HR and the broader business.

I enjoyed this book and got a few good tips from it that I can use in my own talent attraction activities.
