Q: Does this really grind fine enough for espresso? The other manual grinders I've tried are nearer medium grind

No it doesn’t :-/ had ours since Xmas and fiddled with it for hours trying to crack the code. It is fine for me because I like press coffee but my partner uses a stovetop espresso maker and it’s defo not fine enough. Have even experimented with grinding in stages- doing a coarse grind first to break into smaller pieces and then gradually reducing fine-ness (?!), this video is 3rd grind

Q: How many spoonfuls can you grind at a time?

About 10, but the glass jar hold a lot more. Probably about 150 grams of ground coffee.

Q: I was unscrewing the adjusting ring and the whole thing has come apart. Where does the washer, spring & metal circular metal thing go? Please help!

Ha! It happened to me too. I'm sorry i can't describe how it goes, but when you get it right it is so simple.

Q: Does it have more than 3 grinding sets?

The ceramic grinder can be adjusted many times to give fine ground beans or course ground beans by removing the handle and replacing it one or more notches to the right.
