Foo fan book must have
This book is very extensive into the history of Dave Grohl’s and Foo Fighters recording sessions. 7 Corners lists songs, working titles of songs, dates and tons of info the average Foo fan likely won’t know. Foo could easily release an entire box set and more of the material they’ve recorded that no one’s heard before. If you like to know more about the Foo Fighters,I would definitely start with this book.

Thoroughly documented, information intense, a valuable asset to any music library
Richly detailed, but don't expect any photos. Full of technical info about all Dave Grohl's recording sessions that didn't involve Kurt Cobain. My main complaint is that the sources themselves are not printed in the book. You have to go to the author's website to see the citations.Otherwise, this book consolidates a lot of obscure information about Grohl's earliest recording sessions as a teenager through the most recent Foo Fighters sessions. There is extensive coverage of recordings made during Dave's years with Nirvana as well.I wish there were similar books to this for other bands I love!
