Its very reliable due to the full steel build, will last you 100 years if taken care of, though it is clearly made with no care at all as every component is slightly off center and sideways as if it was thrown together by a toddler!

Please be aware that the product is strong and weighs 6 kilograms, but I bought it to drink fresh juices for my health. When I used it, I noticed black dye coming out in the juice, even after trying to wash it comes out again and again, and this is the reason that keeps me away from it because it is dangerous to the health of the stomach and causes very serious diseases.

The juicer is amazing but the screw that holds the fruit cup on the SS stem broke after a week's use. I have requested for a return and refund.
