Yes, the likeness is very good! Just like the likenesses of Daryl, Negan, and Michonne.

Q: Does it articulate at all?

By definition, yes. But what does move really shouldn't. There is at least one good YouTube review that shows exactly how these "articulate".

Q: Can you move the arms into a different pose?

I haven’t taken it out of the box, but as far as I can see, the arms don’t move.

Q: Does the 7" height dimension include the platform.

They are 7" tall (more or less depending on the character) without the base.
