Q: Does this box hold up to 100 cards per slot?

it can hold around 130 without sleeves and around 80 if you have sleeves on it but i would recommend only using it for decks.

Q: Will this fit oversize cards? Can you pull out the dividers?

Not sure about oversized cards but you can pull out the dividers

Q: What is the outside material made of? Is it plastic or metal on the outside? And how many magnets hold the lid closed(as well as how strong are they)?

It is a thicker plastic/with a magnet. It seems fairly durable, but I haven't moved it around very much. The only down side to it for me, is that I use the protective sleeves (dragonshields). Which basically reduces the number of cards that can be held. With the shields on, it's around 150 cards total, avg close to 50 if not a bit more per box.

Q: can this hold 3 edh decks?

Yes it holds three fifty card decks plus the 15 card extra deck. so that's a total of 65 cards per deck box. I love it.
