Perfect fit 16 RAM 1500 4WD but a nightmare to install
I switched to headers to eliminate the dreaded exhaust bolts breaking thing. I justified the purchase after seeing those poorly designed OEM manifolds. How does RAM make any power through those!?I got this, I'll be finished in five hours. Nope. The right side while easier to access had to be fed in at an exact angle and procedure. Others have detailed the install so I'll skip that.I ordered the FelPro gaskets instead of using the supplied. The headers fit perfectly. I used the supplied screws without problem after 2500 miles and checked the torque after 1000 miles. Copper high temp gasket goo on the down pipe.-The exhaust note is deeper out the back, I guess because of more flow?-Low and mid range torque definitely increased. I can't speak of the top end as I don't beat my truck up.-There is increased noise under the hood, barely audible I guess because of the thinner than cast material.-I gotta say the ceramic coating does an excellent job of controlling heat. I was proud to see the header insides are also coated line of sight which means maybe 80% of the inside is coated as well.-I wish I could tell you I saw a MPG increase which seemed logical considering the extra power. I was hoping for +1-1.5 but in reality it's +0-0.5 which brings up another bit. Before headers I saw a 1.5MPG increase by switching to 93 octane over 89 octane. AFTER headers the mileage appears to be exactly the same 89 / 93 which is a bonus and a savings itself.

Don't but this header
The headers showed up with scratches in the titanium coating. I had the headers installed by a very reputable and certified mechanic in town. The headers leaked from the start. The supplied gasket leaked at the manifold and does not appear to be intended for this header/manifold set up. Also, the header outlet to the factory downpipe does not align causing additional leaking. Also, not made in America. So, I paid more for this part than other manufacturers and now I'm also going to waste more money on the mechanic to have to reinstall new headers. Buyer beware!!

AWESOME HEADERS but 1-person install not recomended.
Great price for being Coated and the awesome design. You feel the difference when driving right off the bat. The instructions are a little lacking so I recommend you do your research on a few forums about installing these first. There are some tips/tricks that you MUST know so you save yourself the headaches later. I suggest you make this a 2 person job. I did most of the work myself but the driver's side install helped dramatically with a second pair of hands above the engine while I was underneath. These are a TIGHT fit but don't get frustrated. There are little ways you can move the headers to get them in. I do not recommend using the gaskets that come with them. Pick up some OEM gaskets for about $15. Compare them and you will find out real quick why. As far as torque specs good luck. If you don't know what 23 ft.lbs and 35 ft.lbs feel like you should practice on a bolt in your garage first. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THESE!!!

Get new gaskets
Gaskets are trash but headers are very good

Too Pricey
Amazon has it way overpriced. It's a good product, haven't put them on yet though. You can find this product for much cheaper elsewhere.

A Nightmare
To fit the product was a nightmare for 3 persons. It took us about 4 hours and the result was a header which does not fit on the exhaust side. The extreme restricted space between the header and the other components in that area will cause in worst case a burning truck. So the decision was to return to stock.Really a waste of time and money. Never again.

Poor quality
Don’t buy these headers!!! they do not seal at the collector ball socket, sound terrible! Way worse then the regular manifolds with broken bolts. JBA had no solution for me other then to put red high temp sealant between the Y-pipe socket and the collector ball socket, not a professional solution for headers costing over a thousand dollars, plus dealer cost to install on 2016 ram 5.7 HEMI. Headers also had mig splatter on the inside of tubes that flake off with a light touch of a pin punch.
