sturdy, they definitely did the job for my granny squares, I diy a cutting board to block granny squares and these rods work like a charm, I am starting to think of other uses for them.

Feel like they are high quality

Good High Quality Stainless Steel 3mm x 150mm bars round stock. Feels like I'm holding gold in my hand, but its stainless steel 3mm x 150mm rod. They are straight, and feel strong when I give it a firm bend test. They are only 3mm, but good strong metal. Got myself 40 of these puppies because they will be used for axles and for bars on a live catch n release trap as the bars for the side window (rats, mice, etc.) you aint chewing threw 3mm stainless steel bars. lol !! Love material science and love building stuff like traps with Arduino and servos. etc.

While these are axles for hobbyists who fly small planes, these work well for me as a 'weight' in various food items that I feed to my catfish. They are the perfect weight most of the time to have the foods drift down to the bottom.
