I have purchased these readers several times now so that I have some available at home and work. In the past I always bought cheap readers and eventually a lens would fall out, a screw would go missing. I am bad about carrying my readers in a pants pocket, a tough environment. These glasses are solidly built and my year old first pair are still in good condition. They cost more initially. But lower cost glasses end up being more expensive in the long run because they fall apart quickly.

Will probably by from GUNNAR again... Wait I just did. This time with the amber tint. Good looking glasses and good quality. A little expensive compared to others that I've bought and wish they had the spring temples. I use them for computer work and reading and they work great. The main reason I bought a second pair was that they accepted my HSA medical card which unfortunately most don't accept.

The lenses are great. Very clear. The fames are good. 1.75X is great for viewing phone or tablet but the range isn't good enough for computer monitors. Why 2 stars. The price and once again received a used product from Amazon. The box seal was cut through, finger prints on the lenses, the cloth case was dirty. A very obvious return that was resold without inspection. Besides those two issues. The Fit is good, lens clarity is very clear.
