This is my daily vit C, taking it for the past 6 years, never had an issue, works as its supposed to work, perfect blood work, never had a cold or flu. I use it even for cuts, open a pill and apply some vit C on the cut, it heals super fast.

This is the best source of vitamin c I have found L- ascorbic acid. I have taken for years, 4,000 mg a day. I am never sick! Has been years since I have had a cold or flu...I am 53 yrs old. Not bad!
