Good aftersale service.
Vacuum suction is good. I bought a separate filter bag as original bag was not able to hold fine sand. After almost a year of usage, it broke down but Hengbo promptly repair it free of charge. Thank you.

Not worth the value !
I bought this vacuum based on the description but I can tell you that the description is misleading..!It has weak suction power which is the most important function.. I would advise everyone to avoid wasting their money..

Extremely powerful!
Extremely powerful suction, way better than the Bestway flowclear vacuum and Intex Auto pool cleaner,It took me 15 minutes to get rid of all the sand including corners and sides

Great for cleaning above ground pools like Intex
… but not for deep pools as the handle is very short... if you have a deep pool you must hold your breath to get the ground cleaned :O) … but otherwise the AquaJack works perfectly
