The ten magnets come in an unusual package of a round 'sweet tin' like a metal tub. Inside you will see ten screws arranged in a circle embedded in a circle of compressed foam. You have to lever this foam out of the box to reveal the lower level of foam with the magnets embedded in a similar circle of foam..I personally think this is very intelligent packaging, as anyone using neodymium magnets should be aware that the packing, transport, and handling of these magnets needs careful handling. The circular metal tin and closed foam packing ensure that the magnets don't contact each other, or metal items in transport.Unpacking the magnets again requires some care. Unfortunately, there are no directions included in the pack, and that's a bit of an oversight. If these magnets are handled incorrectly, damage can occur to the magnets or injury to the skin, from pinches if they snap together,I found that once the top screw layer of foam was removed, it's safer to take a nonmetalic object like a biro pen (see my images) place it in the center hole of the magnet and while restraining the magnet with the other hand, prise the magnet out. As it comes loose from the the foam, grab it with your fingers, lest it flies across to snap on the remaining magnets. They come in pairs that can be slid apart later.The countersunk hole in the middle of each magnet allows you to use one of the included screws and attach it to a surface such as a wood shelf or wall. NOTE, don't try and attach this to a plasterboard wall as the strength of the magnet will be too much to hold the short screw in place when items are removed.Excellent addition for a workshop for holding tools, magnetic straps, door catches, and all kinds of marvelous ideas with magnets. They are strong, well-formed and corrosion-proof. Just be aware that these magnets can break easily, especially if they are allowed to snap together.I feel I should give full marks for the magnets, strength, packing, and presentation, but deduct one star for lack of safety warning and instructions for removing from the container.

These magnets do not have nearly as much strength as suggested in the details provided. They certainly will not hold tools as depicted.Bought them to hold a light trellis to a steel shed and all ten in the box provided don't come close.

Magnet just snapped when pulling apart. I was extremely careful and followed instructions. However they are very fragile. Be warned.

Each has a 5mm countersunk hole in the centre and the set comes with 10 cross head screws.The set comes in a round tin, about the size of an old pipe smokers tobacco tin (about 9cm dia. x 4.5mm high). Inside you are greeted by a ring of very dense foam showing 10 screw heads. Below that ring you will find 10 magnets in pairs also set in dense foam. Strange way of packing I thought but it only takes a few seconds to realise this is the most practical way, perhaps the only way of packaging.These small magnets are powerfully strong and if not seperated by the foam would be very difficult to keep apart. It is hard enough to seperate one of the pairs into two singles and can only be done by sliding them apart (also difficult). This is a clear demonstration how powerful they are. I have bought small magnets before and they came together in a “block” but they were no way as powerful as the magnets in this set and were easily seperated.Their use is only limited by your need and imagination. They can be mounted by the central screw to any surface and will hold medium to lightweight tools in the workshop/garage or utensils in the kitchen. I used them for door closures in bedroom cupboard doors with a small metal plate. They worked so much better than the flimsy door magnets normally available in the local DIY store.A handy little set that will be just what you need when the occasion occurs.

Die Haftkraft hab ich mir ehrlich etwas höher vorgestellt. Die Verpackung in einer Blechdose sieht sehr gut aus, aber braucht es einen solchen Aufwand? Eine Pappkiste, von mir aus mit kleinen Einzelablagen hätte es auch getan.

Die Magnete sind ein Witz!!!Neodymmagnete sind das nicht.Sie halten nicht mal annähernd 10 Kilo.
