Simple but great.
Our kids LOVE legos, and our daughter is wild for horses. Marry those two and there ya have it. This was a really simple set but was in our budget and has lived up to all of her hopes and dreams. (But we tend to be pleased with small things.) It has several cute, little extras (like tiny flags or flames) that you can insert into the tops of helmets or heads, or the wagon. She loves how the horse's helmet makes his/her eyes turn fiercesome looking. It is a cute set with "wheels that really roll." Now, if she can just ever manage to find it still intact after school each day, when the 2 and 4 year olds have had their coveted turns with it... If not, well then, all the more creating/building/assembling genius she will get to exercise yet again!

Perfect
My son was excited to have something he could carry his men around in. If memory serves me right, I think it was a little smaller than we thought it would be. Only held about 2 or 3 men. Either way, my son got to cart off the enemy!

Lego Prison Carrige Rescue
Smaller than I expected, and back door should have been higher off the ground and the Lion Knight should have a silver spear rather than black. But the horse is cool and this is the cheapest set I know of that comes with the horse helmet and the golden drill bit. the Lion Knight with the sword is great, I think his pieces are exclusive except for the sword, shield, helmet, and feather. It could make a good supply carriage if you take off the prison walls.

Great addition to the Castle
This is a great addition to the castle set. Our kids got the big catsle and the medieval market along with a number of smaller add-ons like this one. Lots of fun, and it's wonderful to see our kids on the livingroom floor playing with some imagination.

Major Rip-Off!
We have purchased many Lego sets over the years and have always been pleased with them, but this one is like a mini-kit and in no way should have cost $70! At the most it should have cost less than $20. My grandson likes the kit but he thinks it was way overpriced. Since he saved his Christmas money to use for a Lego set, I am terribly disappointed for him. It's been a lesson in price gouging. This experience has soured me on Lego kits and I'd have to think long and hard before purchasing any more in the future.

A really neat set
I really liked this set. It comes with like three guards and a horse and carriage. It is a great way to get those little rare detailed pieces. It doesn't come with a lot of general blocks though, only specially pieces.

Very small!
For the price of $27, this was an unbelievably small set. We have bought Lego sets and know that they are expensive, but this seemed a bit much even for Legos. We returned it and were able to purchase a much larger Ninja Legos set for about the same price.
