My daughter recently developed some issues with "going" regularly so we thought she could use a little extra fiber in her diet. We bought some Fiber Advance gummies from our local store and they seemed to work pretty well and it was roughly $13+tax a bottle for a 30-day supply. So, when she got down to her last few days, we decided to order some online.Came across these in our search and they fit the bill. Have all the same vitamins as Fiber Advance but with higher value of fiber and other vitamins. She said they are easy to chew and taste good (I can't attest to that) and I got a 30-day supply for under $9. They are also nut-free, which is great since she has a nut allergy.Will defintely be purchasing again.

Good taste gummies. No gelatin from animal source. It did help my daughter with fiber as she wasn't getting enough fiber. Also if you are a vegetarian or vegan and adult looking for a fiber gummy that has a good taste, sweet fruity taste, and effective, then these are a good choice. I will definitely be repurchasing.

I like it a lot but it has too much sugar.

My 8 year old daughter has had bowel movement issues forever. I’ve tried a lot of solutions and this is the best. Mostly because it’s the only thing she has liked the taste of and she actually reminds ME if i don’t give it to her! It has her going regularly for the first time in her life! And you can’t beat the price. After finishing the first bottle i just put it on auto subscribe!

So, these vitamins based on taste are good but they get stuck in your teeth and my daughter does not like taking them because they are getting stuck in her teeth, overall I wouldn’t recommend.

I bought these after a GI specialist recommended my son take one every day. He eats them no problem. They do have a weird flavor (I tried one, too), but my son doesn’t mind. These have been helping with his constipation.

We got these to help the kids but after changing their diet, increasing water, and eliminating sugar, we finally figured out it was these fiber gummies making bowel movements extremely painful for the kids. First ingredient being sugar isn't helpful. They do taste great but not worth the side effects.

I buy these for my granddaughter, she tends to get constipated and these fiber gummies work.
