Life Extension Same 30 Enteric Coated Tablets - 200mg

I like the strength quite a bit. When I take the 400 it quickly builds up in my system and gives me some odd side effects such as some fear of the dark I haven't felt since a child, and I get manic-y kind of energy. My daughter can tell when I'm taking the 400 because I don't ever shut up. So it seems to increase my AUTADHD quite a bit at higher doses. This is perfect for me, takes much longer to build up but I didn't notice a big drop in helpful aspects. It controls my pain very well,even at 200 mg, and gives me just a slight boost in mood, enough for me, since osteo pain is what I take it for.

This product does not show the warnings for certain people that shouldn't take

Got this brand because it doesn't have microchrystaline cellulose. Cellulose makes me itch but most supplements and capsules are Cellulose. I need sam e to help with merhylation as I have MTHFR mutation. It is so helpful. The only downside is that it's a tablet. Wish it were in a gelatin capsule. Update. Causes stomach discomfort. Also making me very agitated in the morning. Too much serotonin for me?

This product has exceeded my expectations. Great for anyone trying to improve their health like I am. I am amazed how much difference it has made for me. I recommend this product it is amazing. This helps my joint pain so much.
