For a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. My existing HVAC controller worked fine but the back lighting wasn't working. Couldn't see the controls at night. This fixed the issue. Easy installation as well. Just be sure to watch a couple of "how to" videos on YouTube if you're not sure how to remove the dash. It took less than 10 minutes, but removing the dash correctly is key.

I put this on my 2006 Wrangler, everything is the same except the vacuum harness is shorter. I attempted to reuse my old vacuum harness but it didn’t make a good seal with the switch, so I extended the included harness by about 4” with some simple vacuum line and fittings from the auto parts store... Cost an extra $10. Another year to year difference is the backlight is tinted green, unlike the 05-06 which are backlit white to match the updated gauge cluster. The quality of the plastic also feels a little cheaper than OE, but what can you expect for the price point. It works.

This switch works with my 2000 tj heater only. (I have no ac) 7 screws 4 connectors Quick swap of new switch panel. everything works as expected. Thanks!

For a NON-OEM part. Fits perfectly in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The Wiring harness that is included is a perfect match. Simple and easy plug-and-play. Works wonderful, fits great, and no bulging ... Overall wonderful! Highly recommend

I had to re-use my stock vacuum hose bundle on my 04 TJ. It plugged right in to this unit and worked perfectly. Time will tell how this holds up!

The *only* issue with this is the provided vaccum lines are too short. I had to use the original part from my broken heater unit.

Perfect OEM replacement for 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sahara. Saved over $120 from dealer cost. All original electrical and vacuum fittings matched this module.UPDATE: Fan switch lasted only 17 months. Cheap price and cheap quality.

Part works as it should the only problem was the hoses that come with it are 8 inches too short other then that overall good

Wasn't sure if this would solve my problem but it did. My 99TJ was stuck in vent mode and I was pretty sure the switch had to be replaced but as the TJ didn't have AC I wasn't sure if this would work and I couldn't find a non-AC version.To sum things up, all the important vent/defrost positions now work. Product arrived quickly and also seems to be good quality. I would recommend it.
