Helped me make my first tumblers and I’m using it as a guide on how to make a much bigger one at home. I love that it came with enough arms to have 2 drying while 2 others are still spinning their first round of epoxy. Perfectly made and near silent... LOVE IT

I ordered two units and one came with the hardware to attach the rod holders to the base and one did not. Nothing more irritating than spending money on equipment for your business and not being able to use it bc pieces are missing. Having to go through the hassle of returning it to get something functional is a pet peeve of mine.

Love this turner. Spins faster than my last one. Easy to use and set up. I can change rotations with ease. Though there is a slight alignment problem with one side. I have tried everything to fix it but it seems to be making a significant mark where the bearing is and causes it to stick. That’s why I can only give it 4 stars.

About a year or better ago I bought a single cup turner. I need at least one more. Decided on this because if I am buying one why not. An amazing choice I made. This was easy to put together with very little effort. Super quite and very sturdy.

I’ve had the product since April 24th it’s now June 18 and it no longer works. I just began using this turner 2 weeks ago as I started making custom tumblers and now it doesn’t work. Very poor quality and very upset as it was $60.00 down the drain.

The size is perfect, the rotation is just right and love the 2 cup holders but the screws to hold the pvc pipe are just an inconvenience. To screw on and screw off each time is a hassle. Most of the time I just insert the screw without the bolt and it stays but other times it falls out. Other than the screw it would be perfect.

The original pills don’t come off. If my cup is pre prep and l want to put it on the turner lHave to remove it from the extra polls don’t like that because l mess up the cup

Why would I be concerned about noise level???!? I just opened it and so far so good. I completed one project.
