This product has significantly reduced back aches after sitting on my office chair.

Purchased on recommendation of my osteopath. Has certainly kept me from sitting static at my desk. Not really a core work out but then this is nit what I was after in the office

It takes a bit of getting used to, however, if I position myself correctly, so when sitting on a chair with the cushion it, you want your hips to be slightly higher than your knees or level. I think it is important to play with the cushion a bit initially to find the right position for you.Most of the time I don't notice the wobble of the cushion, perhaps that is because of my build. However, when I need to move around because I feel my back becoming stiff or tense, the cushion allows for the gentle movement in the chair. I can either move very slightly so that others barely notice (when I'm in the office) or if I'm at home, I can do the exercises on the poster, to support my back muscles to release and wake up a bit.I have found this ball cushion much more supportive of healthy fidgeting for my back, than any other wedge or support cushion. I highly recommend it.

I had been taking a normal size gym ball /swiss ball to long meetings since sitting for hours does my back in. Apart from the fact it made me feel pretty self-conscious, it was also difficult and inconvenient to carry around! A friend recommended this as an alternative. I did not know they existed. I almost balked at the price, but on the strength of the good recommendation from someone with a similar condition I decided to go for it. It is great. You can take it into meetings without people noticing. It does the job. You can keep making small movements so that your back does not lock up. It is worth the cost.

Muy cómodo y efectivo. Me está ayudando a recuperar el tono muscular de suelo pélvico y espalda. Lo recomiendo si tienes problemas de columna y pelvis.

Il prodotto funziona perfettamente, mi è stato consigliato da un amico che soffriva come me di mal di schiena a causa della postura sbagliata (sto seduto circa 8 ore al giorno per lavoro). Non ho più avuto alcun problema. Non aggiungo altro, sono soddisfatto al 100% del prodotto.

Habe von einem Freund von dem Ballkissen erfahren und war zuerst eher skeptisch gegenüber dem Produkt und seiner versprochenen Wirkung. Als ich das Ballkissen dann aber das erste mal probiert hatte, war auch ich auch davon überzeugt.Zu Beginn ist es natürlich gewöhnungsbedürftig und ungewohnt. Aber bereits nach einigen Stunden merkte ich direkt die angenehme Verbesserung der Haltung und den besseren Sitzkomfort.Inzwischen habe ich das Ballkissen etwa 1 Jahr in täglicher Verwendung und habe seitdem kaum noch Rückenprobleme, welche zuvor nur mit Medikamenten auszuhalten waren. Daher hat dieses Produkt aus meiner Sicht die volle Punktezahl mehr als verdient.

Das Kissen ist absolut super wenn man viel am PC sitzt. Auf dem Sitzball halte ich es nicht lange aus, aber auf den Kissen kann ich den ganzen Arbeitstag sitzen. Ich habe mich für das große Kissen entschieden und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Leider findet man nirgendwo das Kriterium wonach man sich zwischen den beiden Kissen entscheiden soll. Für mich war das grosse die richitige Wahl.Die Qualität macht einen guten Eindruck. Auch ohne den Überzug schwitze ich nicht darauf. Es riecht auch nicht unangehm. Top Produkt und bei amazon zu sehr gutem Preis.
