Sturdy and cute! Perfect for Disney mug collection
I have MANY special mugs from Disney and always wanted to display them. Took a chance on this rack when it went on sale and was not disappointed.It’s sturdy and looks great.

Wonderful, would buy again
Easy to put together and hang on the wall. Spaced perfect for various sized cups. Note that the hooks are not large enough for wide coffee cup handles but overall a great product. I love it. It looks great on the wall and I would purchase again

Great value and good customer service
At first I didn’t get the required tools and screws for assembly, but I got in touch with the company and they sent me a replacement immediately! It was easy to assemble and put up on the wall. It looks great and I’m very happy with it! The wood itself it really light, but I don’t think there’s any worry about it breaking suddenly. Great product so far!

Poor packaging, but great rack!
It came a day early, which was nice... However they (I bought 2) were packaged very poorly. The tools and screws were missing from one of the packages because of said packaging (there were holes and clearly put in reused boxes). Other than that they look good and functional. I'm ready to display my mug collection!

Missing screws
I ordered this product once and it showed up without any of the screws needed to assemble. Returned it and ordered a second time and it again came without screws. A shame because it looks quite nice but it’s unusable because I cannot put it together.
