Good product. It keeps me calm during the day and I sleep like a baby at night! The only thing is, advertised image is misleading. It reads 120 capsules but actual product I received is 100 capsules. Seller should change the image of the ad.

This is the finest magnesium supplement I have ever used. I notice a marked sense of relaxation, particularly when taken shortly before bedtime. It requires a bit of time for that build up so you can feel the benefits.

Ich nehme es seit fast einem Monat und merke schon eine deutliche Verbesserung: Mein Kopf fühlt sich klarer an und ich fühle mich insgesamt viel besser. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Dosis nehmen, da ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich zwei Tabletten auf einmal nehme, und außerdem Bauchschmerzen habe. Trotzdem bin ich froh, es zu verwenden und werde es weiter einnehmen.
