This reel did not last 1 week.I am an EMT and I like having my badge, badge buddies, and driver card on a reel for convenience. I pull the reel multiple times a day to log into the truck as a driver, log into our equipment, and open doors at the hospital. My old badge reel lasted a year and half before it broke. I purchased this one to replace it.When I first received it, I was very happy with the strength of the clip. My old one had a weak clip that was prone to fall off my shirt. This one has a very strong clip with teeth, and has great grip that stays in place! However, within 1 week, the metal clip broke off the plastic reel body, which surprised me and is why I gave it such low reviews.The reel itself is a little tight and does not stretch as far or as freely as my old one. But it works fine so I can’t really complain about it. And the plastic body feels solid and sturdy.The badge holder is good quality. The snap is tight and securely holds my badge, several badge buddies, and driver card.Overall I was very happy with this badge reel until the clip broke off the body and has rendered it pretty much useless. The fact that it broke within 1 week of receiving it was very upsetting.

Definitely not sturdy. I've had to order two in the last 6 months and the second one didn't even make it two months. I wear it on my shoulder so there's limited wear and tear yet the durability of these is almost nonexistent. Going to try and have to find a sturdier brand.

I loved the product it still works but, unfortunately the sticker feel off. It didn’t hold up and upset that a product I bought is defective. I gave a 3 star for sturdiness because it still works. 1 star for durability because the sticker and the main reason I bought it for fell off. And I have a 1 star for value of money because I bought it because of what it says and now it doesn’t say anything.
