I received the parcel with the display broken and the return policy insists us to pay around 60% of the product price as the shipping charge. And the return processes are different from the usual procedures. You won't get any benefit with the shipping cost and your time (which is money) spend on the return process and I decided to throw it to the waste bin :-(

This is a nice watch, but it has a few problems. Not sure if it was because of the seller or the original watch manufacturer. You can not set this watch to the correct date or time. The instructions aren't very specific either. Other than that, my son loves the watch. Kind of defeats the purpose of learning the time and date though.

I got this for my grandson. Directions 9. How to set up was lacking. We got it by our own trial and error. The day after we got this, my grandson went to put it on and accidentally dropped it and the face cracked. Very disappointed in quality especially since this is something a child would want.
