i smoked a13lb brisket, and decided to try this product. it does add a nice flavor to the meat, although i would caution if you are going to use this as your injector, then do not season your meat very much but lightly. mine was a touch salty. it calls for aquarter cup to 16 ounces of water.

Whoever was concerned it'd be loaded with salt has their concerns in the wrong place imo, the first listed ingredient on the label is Maltodextrin, followed by two sugar sources, then finally salt, and then around 30 other ingredients, half of which are highly processed... Definitely UPF to the max. The fact that they're not transparent about this ingredients list on their listing, and having to rely on other people's images of the ingredients list is a sure tell of the things they're hiding. Nevertheless, if you are really pressed on time, this pre-made mix will do as advertised to make things faster, at the cost of something else.

Used on a smoked piece of roasting beef. Absolutely incredible flavour from the rub! Used on steaks and was a bit overpowering so I’d advise only a little for them, but definitely a fantastic product.
