I guess I can't say it's the probiotic for sure, but I will say I have had a dramatic decrease in digestive issues since I started taking these. I only take 1 a day, with a meal. My previous digestive issues used to rule my life, but I hardly think of them any more.

Remember to refrigerate after opening bottle. - We split the 2 capsule dose into 1 capsule twice daily. - Results as expected. I highly recommend this product.
