Works best for your watch.
I paid $500 for my Withings watch then when I left my charger behind while traveling I bought a cheaper aftermarket replacement. It charged the phone adequately but apparently overloaded the battery. Every time I charged the watch the hands got screwed up. I became an expert on resetting them. When I began to suspect that the recharges were messing with the functionality of the watch I purchased another Withings recharger and haven’t had any problems since. If you have come to rely on your watch and the historical medical data stored in your phone app, don’t gamble on an aftermarket charger. I lost my historical data once and while I cannot know if the overcharged watch was the cause it did occur immediately after the watch was recharged. I am not willing to take that risk. My heart condition is too serious to play any more games.

Good official charger
This is my second purchase (third charger) already. They're pretty much official chargers, works well, charge good. The speed of the charge varies on the adapter so fast charge adapter charge faster. The other two works well. I purchased the second one as a spare for when I travel but then it ended up being packed with the mover when I move so I bought this one as a secondary spare which most likely will be kept in the glove compartment in my car.

Expensive, not the best design, but correct for my wife's watch
Her watch can run 4 weeks on a charge, but before a long trip she forgot to charge it up. So we got this. Which worked. It was super pricey but we looked at the non-name brands and decided we didn't need the problems. Is this worth the cost? Only if you need it, otherwise it is way too expensive for its quality. I may modify it to take a USB-C input (if allowed) so it can join my Samsung 3rd party charge in our travel bag and we won't have to worry about the cable being a bit lightweight. Still, it works, so I can't give it less than 4 stars (and it was exactly what came with the watch).

Charges my watch
Built well, charges my watch without issues. Had to get a second one because I keep missplacing the original one. I may even get a 3rd, because they've held up well being thrown in my backpack or one of my bags, being tripped over in my office, and having stuff dropped on it.
