Food sits above the grease
Wonderful product! Best oven-baked chicken ever, since the fat drips down into the pan, which I lined with foil. I sprayed the grid before cooking, and it cleaned up very easily.

Pan warps
This baking sheet warps in the oven. Save your money and buy a cheaper set. I'm very disappointed in this product.

Perfect roasting accessory
The rack is very sturdy and does not warp when heated as many other racks do.I like the fact that it is raised high enough above the baking sheet that foods do not lie in a pool of grease.Fits nicely inside my baking sheet.
